Go for a walk-Take the dog. Take the kids. Take your spouse or call a friend. Each day try to walk a little more than the day before. Take a look at our L.E.A.N pedometers in the products section, to track how many more steps you take. Go to the playground or park-Show the kids how to make it across the monkey bars. Do chin ups on the bars. Have a foot race. Dance-At the end of the day, when the kids get "owely" put on some music and dance around. It gets rid of the "crankies" and extra calories!
