Healthy Habits For The Entire Family

In the LEAN Kids Program, the term lifestyle refers to the daily choices we all make that contribute to a happy and healthy mind and body.

Some habits that can be incorporated into a lean lifestyle are…

  • Grazing on nutritious food throughout the day
  • Making supermarket shopping a lesson in lean living
  • Starting the day with a brainy breakfast
  • Doing 30 – 60 minutes of physical activity daily
  • Liking your body type
  • Eliminating toxic and negative thoughts
  • Spending more of the day on play time (moving) than on screen time (sitting)
  • Thinking of both eating and moving as forms of preventative medicine
  • Getting restful sleep each night

As you can see even though the LEAN Kids Program is primarily for children it will involve the entire family.

Remember, your child doesn’t have to eat perfectly to eat LEAN.
